What is the Groomer credentials?
Graduated from Art of Pet Grooming school, with the Teacher being “KKF Master Groomer”
Park Sang Hun, Director at SKC (Singapore Kennel Club) Chairman of Grooming Commitee.
Our groomer has worked with Wanderlodge for grooming of dogs.
He has a significant experience when it comes to handling dogs and cats for grooming.
Things that we require
• Area for grooming, with water point and electricity outlet.
• We would require your pet’s shampoo and towel for hygiene and medical purposes.
Will our place be dirty after grooming
We know that this is one of the main concerns that owners have when we groom over at their place. Rest assured, we will maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene after every grooming. We will clean up after every session.
What happens if my pet is aggressive
We will have to muzzle your pet if it’s aggressive, to prevent our groomers from getting bitten by them. We will do our best to groom them, there will be additional charges for aggressive pets due to the time taken to groom them might be longer. In an event they’re impossible to handle, we will not be able to carry out the grooming session and a transportation charge will be applied.
